General Service
Valves in sizes from 1/2” to 16”. Flanged and butt weld end valves
available in ratings to ANSI class 2500 and threaded end valves are available
to pressure ratings of 10,000 psig. A wide variety of body and trim materials
can be supplied with common trim characteristics
Severe Service
Anti-cavitation and noise abatement trims are available to solve application
specific problems.
Rotary Valves
Segmented Ball
Available in the size range of 1” to 16” in ANSI class 150 and 300
pressure ratings. Metal seat is standard with an optional soft seat available.
Low flow trims are also available. Various body materials are available.
Rotary Plug
A rotary control valve available in the size range 1” to 10” and
up to ANSI class 600 pressure class. Various body materials are available. A
contoured plug that provides constant gain operation.
Ball
Top entry and split body designs, in ANSI pressure classes 150-600. Available
in a variety of body materials and in both full and reduced port configurations.
Metal and soft seated designs available. Valve sizes range from 1” to
16”.
Butterfly
Valve sizes range from 3” to 40”. Both soft-seated and metal-seated
designs are available and the pressure classes range from ANSI 150-600.
Severe Service
Anti-cavitation and noise abatement trims are available for all rotary valves.
A magnesia-partially stabilized ceramic valve is available for erosive services.
Positioners
Pneumatic
A positioner that provides a proportional output to a given pneumatic input signal
of 3-15 psig. Can be used on either cylinder or diaphragm style pnuematic actuators
for the control of rotary or globe style control valves.
Electro-pneumatic
A positioner that provides a proportional output to a given pneumatic input signal
of 4-20 mA. Can be used on either cylinder or diaphragm style pneumatic actuators
for the control of rotary or globe style control valves.
"Smart"
Can be used with either cylinder or diaphragm style pneumatic actuators for rotary
or globe control valves. The embedded control algorithm provides much enhanced
control performance for a control valve, while monitoring valve performance.
