Ball Valves

Soft Seated
A full range of sizes of both full and reduced bore ball valves; flanged end valves to ANSI class 600 pressure rating; threaded end valves to 4500 psig rating; socket weld end valves to 2500 psig rating. Both fire-safe rated vales are available. Various application specific metallurgies are available for such applications as chlorine gas, oxygen and sour gas. Numerous seat materials are also available to provide the best match against the specific application.

Metal Seated
A full range of sizes of both full and reduced bore ball valves; flanged end valves to ANSI class 600 pressure rating; threaded end or socket weld end valves to 300 psig rating. The metallurgies available for the valve bodies and the various seat designs can handle service temperatures to 450 deg C (842 deg F)

Ceramic Ball Valves
Ceramic ball valves are available in 1" to 6" sizes, wafer or lugged body styles in ANSI 150 and 300 class. These valves are specificly designed for throttling applications for extremely corrosive and erosive applications.

Trunnion Style
A full range of soft seated, trunnion style, high pressure, flanged ball valves ranging in size from 2" to 16". Standard construction includes either low temperature or NACE compatible materials. Valves are available in either full or reduced bore construction.

Butterfly Valves

High Performance
Wafer and lugged design for mounting in piping systems to ANSI class 600. Valves available in sizes from 3” to 60” with either soft or metal seats. Double flanged metal seated valves with gate valve face-to-face dimensions. Fire-safe and cryogenic designs available.

Lined
Wafer and lugged design for mounting in ANSI class 150 piping systems. A wide variety of liner materials, including food grade are available, up to 48” in size. Teflon lined valves to 24” are also available. Valves available in pressure rating of 230 psig. Catalog information is available.

Check Valves

Wafer and dual flapper styles are both available in cadmium plated carbon steel and stainless steel, up to 24” in size. Can be mounted between ANSI class 150 flanges. Available with elastomeric and metal seats.

Diaphragm Valves

Lined Body
Numerous body and end configurations are available, together with a wide variety of liner and diaphragm materials. The valve body is a ‘straight through’ design and the standard size range is _” to 18”. The face-to-face dimension is to BS5156.

Unlined Body
Numerous body and end configurations are available, together with a wide variety of body and diaphragm materials. The valve body is a ‘straight through’ design and the standard size range is _” to 18”. The face-to-face dimension is to BS5156.

Instrumentation Valves

Ball
Valves are available in a wide variety of body materials, in sizes that range from _” to 4”. Numerous end connections can be supplied and a wide variety of options are available. Pressure ratings to 10,000 psig can be supplied.

Needle & Plug
Valves can be supplied with pressure ratings of 10,000 psig and temperature ratings to 570 deg C. A wide variety of end connections, body materials and options are also available.

Manifold Valves
Numerous gauge valves, air distribution and instrument manifolds can be supplied. Maximum pressure and temperature ratings are 10,000 psig and 570 deg C respectively. Two, three, four and five valve instrument manifolds are available in a wide variety of body materials.

Packingless Knife Gate Valves

Full Faced
A sleeve lined body that can be supplied with a wide variety of sleeve materials that are compatible with virtually all abrasive media. Available in sizes up to 36” and mounts between ANSI class 150 flanges. Rated to a maximum pressure differential of 100 psi. Catalog information is available.

Wafer
A sleeve lined body with a smaller face-to-face dimension than the full faced version of the valve. It can also be supplied with a wide variety of sleeve materials. Available in sizes up to 36” and mounts between ANSI class 150 flanges. Rated to a maximum pressure differential of 100 psi. Catalog information is available.

Pinch Valves

Available in sizes from 1/2” to 14” and the wide array of sleeve materials includes food grade EPDM. The standard body is a fully enclosed design. Suitable for mounting between ANSI class 150 flanges. The face-to-face dimension is to BS5156.

Gates, Globes and Checks
A full range of forged and cast valves that are available in a wide array of body and trim materials. Many optional features are also offered.
