Type 1056 ball valve assembly approved to Canadian Gas Association (CGA) standard 6.5 for automatic gas safety shutoff. Provides protection against fire and explosive hazards during light-off and operation of gas-burning equipment.

Abrasive and non-abrasive valve selection guide now available in PDF format. These guides will make selecting a valve for abrasive and non-abrasive services a snap.

Manual ball valves that comply with CGA standard 3.16 ‘lever operated non-lubricated gas shut-off valves’ and they are listed by the Underwriters Laboratory of Canada, in Guide No. 167 E49.

Noise abatement trims are available for both rotary and globe style valves. Path treatment is also available with diffusers and in-line silencers.

Anti-cavitation trims are available for both rotary and globe style valves. These trims combat the harmful effects of cavitation within liquid services.

Fugitive emission packing Ball and butterfly valves are available with live-loaded packing systems that eliminate fugitive emissions.

Emergency shut-down service A smart positioner that has been approved by TUV for ESD/ESV applications, up to SIL 3 (Safety Integrity Level 3).

Food grade valves Globe and butterfly products that are suitable for food applications. Highly polished wetted surfaces, food grade elastomeric seals and tri-clamp end connections are available.

Cryogenic applications Both globe and rotary constructions are available for temperatures to minus 360°C.

Abrasion resistant applications Unique packingless knife gate valves that feature elastomeric sleeves that fully line the flow path. They provide bubble tight shut-off and long life in very aggressive service. Pinch valves also available for these applications. Catalog information is available.

Custody transfer applications A five beam ultrasonic transmitter with 3rd party approval for this critical application.

Interface level measurement on liquid service A two-wire radar level transmitter with demonstrated success on this difficult application.

Certified critical pressure transmitter A TUV approved transmitter for high availability and safety pressure measurement applications. Rupture Disks A high precision manufactured rupture disk for safety applications to be used in conjuction with safety relief valves.
