Series 1/4/5
Bray Controls proudly offers three operators for manual control of valve position. All manual operators mount directly to Bray valves, and all are epoxy coated for excellent corrosion, abrasion and impact resistance.SERIES 1 HANDLE & NOTCH PLATEBray offers two handles for on-off and throttling service – one for resilient seated valves from 1"-12" (25mm-300mm), and a high torque handle for high pressure valves from 2 1/2"- 8" (65mm-200mm). These quarter turn handles have a locking spring and a directional pointer for valve disc position indication.
SERIES 4 GEAR OPERATORFor heavy duty on-off and throttling service of 2"-48" (50mm-1200mm) valves, the Series 4 is self lubricated for smooth, trouble–free operation. The rugged, cast iron body with O-ring body seals is weatherproof to IP65. A self–locking worm and worm gear drive holds the valve in the desired position.
SERIES 5 DECLUTCHABLE GEAR OPERATORAvailable for 2"-36" (50mm-900mm) valves, the Series 5 offers the same superior features as the Series 4 gear operator with the added ability to manually override pneumatic actuators or rotate the valve when air pressure is not available.

Series 55 |
The Bray Series 55 Filter Regulator is a 5 micron filter designed to provide nominal filtration removal of solids and liquids from the compressed air with accurate control to any pneumatic control device and are strongly recommended for use with the Bray Series 64 and 6A positioners.
Series 60 |
The Series 60 is far superior in performance when compared to the commonly used poppet type valve. These units can be used with either spring return or double acting actuators where on/off electrical operation is required. With rugged reliability and high flow capabilities, the Series 60 Solenoid Valve delivers a long, trouble-free service life.
Series 63 |
The compact, modular, pilot operated spool control valve is convertible from 3-Way (3/2) to 4-Way (5/2). These units can be used with either spring return or double acting actuators where on/off electrical operation is required. Three standard coil housings/connectors are available: General Purpose Watertight (NEMA 4,4x) and Explosion Proof (NEMA 4,4x,7&9) units have 1/2" NPT connections, and IP65 DIN units have cable gland PG9 connectors. All housings types are offered with single or dual coils. The coils are UL recognized and CSA certified. All Series 63 solenoids carry the CE mark.

Series 64 |
For proportional control of actuator and valve positions, the Brayline Series 64 automatically positions the output shaft to precise angles between 0° and 90° in response to a pneumatic input signal. The unit has an input range of 3–15 psi. The standard positioner is direct acting but can easily reversed, with no additional parts, by simply turning the cam over and reversing the air connections to the actuator. The Series 64 is unaffected by the vibra-tions of most pipelines. This positioner is based on a force balanced feedback principle. It has split range capabilities and features independent span and zero adjustments. For use with double or single acting actuators, Bray’s Series 64 offers the best in reliable, economical valve position control.

Series 6A |
Bray’s Series 6A Intelligent Electro-Pneumatic Positioners offer precise flow control, advanced communication and enhanced diagnostics. Utilizing proven technology, the Series 6A features rugged reliability, high quality components and outstanding performance.Series 6A positioners are microprocessor controlled, delivering all the benefits of digital electronics. The microprocessor constantly compares the command signal to the actual valve position and makes precise, on-line adjustments until the two measurements match. These positioners can accept an analog 4-20 mA, HART, Foundation Fieldbus or Profibus PA input.
