Series 90/91 |
|
Bray Series 90/91 actuators are rack and pinion, opposed-piston actuators available in two versions: double acting for rotation of 90°, 135° and 180°, and spring return for 90° rotation. Their ideal use is actuating butterfly, ball or plug valves, but they can be applied anywhere a rotation of 90°, 135° or 180° is needed. Rotated on low friction acetal bearings, Bray units are well suited to handle offset loads to the gear and output shaft assembly.Bray Series 90/91 actuators were designed primarily for pneumatic operation up to a maximum pressure of 140 psig (10 Bar) and for temperature ranges of -40°F (-40°C) to +200°F (+95°C). For higher and lower temperature applications, consult factory. All double acting and spring return units are suitable for both on-off and throttling applications. Actuators which can be actuated with other media such as hydraulic oil or water are also available as an option. Please consult Bray factory for further information.

Series 90/91 Stainless |
|
Bray Controls takes pride in introducing the Stainless Steel Series 90/91 quarter turn pneumatic actuator. These rack and pinion, opposed-piston actuators have been designed to incorporate innovative, high performance features into a compact, rugged and reliable modular product line. All models are suitable for both on/off and throttling applications. The 316 Stainless Steel construction provides excellent internal and external corrosion resistance, making these actuators ideal for chemical, sanitary, food and beverage, marine, mining and pharmaceutical applications.

Actuators which can be actuated with other media such as hydraulic oil or water are also available as an option. The Series 92/93 is completely enclosed and self contained. The many features minimize maintenance and provide safe, simple disassembly and assembly.

Bray Control’s innovative Stainless Steel Series 92/93 quarter turn pneumatic actuator. These rack and pinion, opposed-piston actuators have been designed to incorporate high performance features into a compact, rugged and reliable modular product line. All models are suitable for both on/off and throttling applications. The 316 Stainless Steel construction provides excellent internal and external corrosion resistance, making these actuators ideal for chemical, sanitary, food and beverage, marine, mining and pharmaceutical applications.Available in two versions: double acting and spring return, Series 92/93 actuators deliver high output torque in an efficient, space-saving housing. With a low coefficient of friction, the Series 92/93 provides superior high-cycle, long lasting service. All piston guides, piston rings and output shaft bearings are permanently lubricated, manufactured from acetal material, offering a very low coefficient of friction between the piston cylinder walls and actuator body. No field lubrication of the Series 92/93 is needed under normal operating conditions.Position Indicator provides clearly visible indication of valve position through the full range of travel.
