| Triad Series HP | |
Flow-Tek’s Triad Series valves are known to be one of the strongest, most robust 3-piece ball valves in the industry. With advanced seat and seal materials, the Triad rating can be extended to handle service pressures to 5000 psi and a temperature of 550°F.Triad HP valves feature PEEK seats. Flow-Tek’s PEEK material is a blend of polyetheretherketone, a highly engineered thermoplastic, with carbon and graphite. PEEK offers excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance under continuous exposure to high pressure and high temperature. All features of the standard Triad Series are present in the Triad HP design including a heavy robust center section tapped for full hex head cap screws, live loaded stem packing, redundant body seals, anti-static protection and locking safety handles.

| Series 7000/8000 | |
Flow-Tek’s Series 7000 & 8000 ball valves offer the highest flexibility in selection of end connections, seat materials and 3 piece design. To meet customer demands for a valve with the widest possible range of applications, these valves can be fitted with control or tri-ported balls (for full cavity drainage), as well as cavity fillers for special service requirements. The Series 7000/8000 is designed with extensive interchangeability of balls, stems, stem packing, handles and mounting hardware between valve sizes and series members. This system reduces parts inventory and maintenance costs. The 3 Piece Body Design allows the body to swing-out for ease of in-line maintenance. It also makes it possible to offer a wide variety of end conections.

| Series 5000/6000 | |
Flow-Tek’s Series 5000/6000 ball valves offer the convenience of a three piece body design at an economical price. The 3 Piece design with a swing out center section allows for ease of in-line and out-of-line maintenance. Standard valve bodies are investment cast CF8M Stainless Steel or WCB Carbon Steel. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number for full traceability. These valves offer quarter turn operation and low operating torque. Series 5000/6000 valves feature adjustable stem packing, stainless steel safety trigger locking handles and travel stops which limit handle movement to set 90° intervals. Flow-Tek‘s heavy duty, high quality stems are internal entry and blowout proof for maximum safety. Each Series 5000/6000 valve features an integrally cast mounting pad complying with ISO 5211 that provides positive alignment when mounting actuators, gear operators or control accessories.
