Flow-Tek’s Series S85 ball valves have been designed for ease of automation. Standard 2-piece valve bodies are investment cast Stainless Steel, solution annealed for the highest quality and added strength. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number for full traceability. These valves offer quarter turn operation and low operating torque. The S85 features live-loaded, self-adjusting stem seals that automatically adjust packing to compensate for changes in wear and temperature. Other features include replaceable seats and seals, anti-static devices, blowout proof stems, and stainless steel safety latch handles.

Flow-Tek’s Series S80 ball valves have been designed to meet the needs of the chemical, textile and process industries. Standard 2-piece valve bodies are available in Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel bodies are investment cast and solution annealed for the highest quality and added strength. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number for full traceability.These quarter turn valves feature a full port design that minimizes pressure drops with smooth flow characteristics.Other features include low operating torque, adjustable stem packing, blowout proof stems, and stainless steel safety latch handles.

Flow-Tek’s Series S70 and Series S90 ball valves offer an economical solution for high pressure application in the process industries. Standard 2-piece valve bodies are available in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Stainless Steel bodies are investment cast and solution annealed for the highest quality and added strength. Cast Carbon Steel bodies are normalized and black phosphate coated for added corrosion resistance. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number for full traceability. These quarter turn valves feature an adjustable packing gland for secure sealing.Other features include low operating torque, internal bottom entry blowout proof stems, and stainless steel safety latch handles.

Flow-Tek’s Series S20 ball valves offer a com-pact, one piece body design. The one piece body supplies maximum structural strength while minimizing the number of potential leak paths. These valves feature quarter turn opera-tion, bottom entry blowout proof stems and low operating torque. Live-loaded, self-adjusting stem seals automatically adjust to compensate for changes in wear and temperature. Series S20 Valves are avail-able in both standard and fire safe versions.
